You can expect to lose around 25 pounds in the first three months. There are 90 different meals and snacks that you can choose from.

Every meal will consist of 30% lean protein, 40% whole wheat, low-carb or fresh low glycemic carbohydrates and 30% of healthy heart, monounsaturated fat. This diet plan helps to keep your blood sugar stable and promote a variety of health benefits.
  • The Sunfare Family Dinners are the last plan. The meal is freshly made and comes with a main entree and four tasty side dishes for every serve. The dinners have various menus range from traditional to ethnic speciality. The main dish can be substituted from over 10 daily alternate entrees and sides. The entrees and sides include appetizers, salads, vegetables, carbs, fruits and desserts that can be mixed and matched according to your personal preference.
